Hello! I'm Anna. I'm a physics and computer science student with a degree in Physics and Astronomy.
I have about 10 years of non-professional experience writing and maintaining software, as well as administrating Linux systems. I prefer to work deep in the internals of software, building fundamental libraries for bigger projects. I'm also proficient with Web technologies and UI design. My favorite languages to work with are Rust and Guile, but I am also adept with C, Python, Go, Java, C++, JavaScript, Zig, and several others.
I'm passionate about making software that's understandable for people through visual, literate, and natural language programming. To that end, I'm working on a tool called ReTangled to make literate programming more accessible. Because of this, I never vibecode. I write about my thoughts related to this and other topics in my articles.
